Our Approach
Our approach here at Optimized Health is similar to the approach of many providers in regards to any other chronic condition like high blood pressure we focus on appropriate medication therapies supported with diet and lifestyle changes. We treat our patients from a medical point of view, rather than from a judgmental willpower or character flaw perspective. We like to focus on what really drove us to this profession, which was our passion for helping people live their best lives.
Meet The Team
Justin Rohrback CRNP, FNP-BC, RN, CST
Justin Rohrback, CRNP, FNP-BC, RN, CST, brings over a decade of health care experience to Optimized Health. As a board-certified family nurse practitioner, he has experience in Aesthetics, medical managed weight loss, primary care, gender health, hormone replacement therapy, vitamin replacement therapy, peptide therapy, mental health, and substance abuse.
Justin graduated with honors from Simmons University in Boston, Massachusetts where he earned his master’s degree in nursing and is a member of Sigma Theta Tau honors society as a nurse leader. He is also an alumni of the following universities: Pennsylvania College of Health Sciences, DeSales University, Lancaster General college of health sciences. He as also completed advanced coursework with American Military University.
Professionally Justin has experience as a researcher/cadaver lab coordinator, a college professor and guest lecturer. Justin was named one of Americas top 100 nurses in 2020. He is excited to bring his knowledge and love of medicine to patients at Optimized Health and he looks forward to providing the kind of care to each patient that he’d expect for his own family.
Carly Stahlman, RN
Carly Stahlman, RN is a Registered Nurse and has been fulfilling her passion to help others for years. She has a Bachelor Degree in Human Services where she was able to connect with others in many different settings including recovery houses and day programs.
"Since becoming a Registered Nurse, I have worked bedside and recently transitioned into home health where I am lucky enough to connect with individuals in their own environments. This has also allowed me to explore my passion in aesthetic nursing.
I am so excited to help with all of your cosmetic needs as I have an eye for beauty and pay extra close attention to detail. I cannot wait to meet you and help you achieve your goals!"
